Held information is now easier to find
36 additional records are searchable: 11 plans and 25 tender notices. 8,588 plans now show more procurement details, including 8,586 lots with planned quantities, units and estimates.

Earlier reviewed additions
These additions supplement the coverage below. Their source periods differ; publication here does not mean new government activity.
- Thakurgaon Sugar Mills: six financial yearsSelected figures from FY2019–20 to FY2024–25, with dated auditor concerns and source pages. Present resolution is unknown.
- 36 programmes: budgets and source pagesWhole-programme ADP2026–27 figures; 30 also state cumulative expenditure through June2025. These are not Thakurgaon’s share, paid bills or remaining cash.
- 1,553 source-mapped local placesFind roads and public places, follow them and add your experience. A mapped place does not prove a link to a contract.
- Seven contract records and six certificate updatesPurchasing-office associations and original dates remain visible. One award describes work in Naogaon; it is office context, not a Thakurgaon worksite.
No newly verified completed payments or independent site inspections were added. These counts describe different evidence types and must not be combined.

Latest held progress reporting date: 2026-07-26. A recent source capture does not make this a current inspection.
Why there is no “100% complete” badgeA complete account needs a named institution, period, boundary and full set of comparable records. The district’s entire spending universe is not yet established. No percentage or district total can be justified by counting documents.
No held payment evidence means unknown payments. It does not mean zero spending or corruption.A complete public-money picture needs all of this
Each card identifies the record holder, the documents to obtain, and the test for completeness. Counts describe different evidence types and must not be added.
