Central JUCSU budget and accounts process

Article 9 requires presentation of a budget within 21 days of taking office, a draft at least two days before the meeting, and President approval after member suggestions. The GS maintains accounts, sends them for Treasurer checking midterm and submits originals at year-end. The constitution also prescribes an audit committee.
