Under the applicable Right to Information process, I request copies of the following existing disclosable records. This request is not an allegation of wrongdoing or corruption.

Identifiers and scope: Bhanor UP office–Haldibari Shidorkalonda hat via Kalir road, chainage 0–1500 m; road 194083020; tender 179898; package RDRIIP-2/W-UNR-002; LGED project portal ID 798.
Period: This historical contract from initial approval in FY2017–18 through financial closure; request its latest recorded closure/status as of 6 October 2026. Keep transaction years separate.

Records requested:
1. Approved work scope, estimate, funding approval and allocation/release orders, with funding source and dates.
2. Award notice, signed contract, priced bill of quantities, approved variations and time extensions; identify the current authorised value.
3. Relevant measurement-book extracts and certified running/final bills with bill numbers, dates and measured quantities.
4. Payment register/vouchers and executed-payment confirmation: date, public recipient name, reference, gross bill, net paid, tax/VAT, retention, advance recovery and any reversals, separately. A bill approval or payment instruction alone is insufficient.
5. Recorded unpaid certified bills, outstanding advances/retention and the final account, if prepared; distinguish an incomplete register from an explicit nil return.
6. Site location/chainage, inspection and test reports, dated completion/acceptance/handover certificates and recorded defect corrections, if issued. If work is unfinished, provide the latest dated status record.
7. The public work-experience detail is already held (reference RDRIIP-2/W-UNR-002/e-GP/20240902/179898/00170931). Supply the underlying signed completion/acceptance and measurement records, certificate issue date, certified final bill, settlement/reversal/refund/retention records and final account. The district view as of 26 July 2026 calls BDT 10,678,000 contract; the all-district view as of 30 June 2026 calls that amount estimate and BDT 10,144,000 contract. Provide the existing original return/correction explaining the column labels and the zero financial percentage beside BDT 10,132,000 financial progress. No contract increase or payment is inferred from that comparison.
